Supremesearchspecialists is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join our 24-hour team in East Dallas (Mesquite), Texas. The successful candidate will provide advanced emergency and critical care, collaborate with skilled nurses, utilize on-site diagnostic tools, and commit to ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree required.
• Texas license to practice veterinary medicine in Texas.
• Strong emergency medicine and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Experience with electronic practice management systems is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and urgent veterinary care for companion animals.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of emergency and critical care cases.
• Develop treatment plans and communicate effectively with pet owners.
• Collaborate closely with experienced veterinary nurses and emergency support staff.
• Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to support timely clinical decision-making.
• Maintain accurate medical records and deliver high standards of patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused emergency veterinary team.
