Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian for a modern, 24/7 hospital serving Lake Nona and Ocoee, Florida.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $170,000–$200,000 FTE plus a monthly production bonus, with three 12-hour shifts and flexible day/night options. You will diagnose and treat emergency cases in dogs and cats, perform examinations, stabilize critically ill patients, and perform urgent surgeries as needed, using digital X-ray, ultrasound and on-site labs.

• DVM or equivalent required; Florida licensure eligibility.

The Role

The Emergency Veterinarian will diagnose and treat emergency cases involving dogs and cats, perform comprehensive examinations, stabilize critical patients, and carry out urgent surgical procedures when needed.

Working alongside skilled veterinary technicians and support staff, the veterinarian will use modern diagnostic equipment, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in‑house laboratory services, to deliver timely, high-quality patient care.

The role also involves communicating clearly and compassionately with pet owners, maintaining accurate medical records, and staying current with emergency medicine protocols and best practices.

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification, with eligibility to practice in Florida.
