Qualifications

• Internship-trained or 1 year of emergency medicine experience.
• Comfort mentoring and teaching newer graduates or clinicians transitioning into ER.
• Pennsylvania licensure in good standing to practice veterinary medicine.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced ER setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional emergency care to patients across a wide range of presentations and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with boarded specialists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Mentor new graduates and clinicians transitioning into emergency medicine.
• Work closely with nursing and support staff to provide outstanding service to families.
• Contribute to continuing education and professional development.
