BluePearl Christiana in Newark, DE seeks an Emergency Veterinarian to join our team. We offer flexible scheduling, a fast-track mentorship program (EmERge) for new grads or clinicians transitioning to ER, and a commitment to avoiding burnout through supportive mentorship and an engaging case mix.

We provide a competitive annual base salary up to $178,000 (dependent on experience), sign-on and relocation assistance, quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual, robust benefits including

Qualifications

• Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care to critically ill or injured pets in the emergency setting.
• Engage with pet owners with clear communication regarding conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality emergency care.
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional growth opportunities.
