Job summary

Desort is seeking an Emergency Associate Veterinarian in Lubbock, TX to join a collaborative, patient-focused team. This full-time, part-time, or relief position offers modern diagnostics, supportive mentorship, and opportunities for professional development while delivering urgent and critical care.

You will manage a range of emergency cases, develop treatment plans, communicate clearly with clients, and work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to maintain high standards

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program.
• Active or eligible veterinary license.
• Emergency or critical care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
• Compassionate approach to patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and critical care for a variety of cases.
