Ethos Veterinary Health, part of the NVA Group, is seeking veterinarians for a 6-month ER Immerse Training Program at Veterinary Referral Center (VRC). This program trains clinicians in emergency medicine with mentorship and a path to an ER role after completion.

It blends hands-on clinical shifts with simulation-based rounds and weekly didactic sessions, fostering clinical excellence and lifelong learning. US work authorization is required, with TN status considered.

Qualifications

• Veterinarians with a passion for emergency medicine.
• Team oriented, driven, reflective and reliable.
• Eligible to work in the United States; TN status may be considered.
• Willingness to commit to a 1-year ER clinician role after training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month ER training with mentorship and weekly didactic rounds.
• Transition into an ER clinician position upon program completion.
• Collaborate with specialists and support staff to provide patient care.
