Ethos Veterinary Health, part of the NVA Group, is seeking veterinarians for the six-month ER Immerse mentorship program at Virginia Veterinary Centers in Fredericksburg, VA.

This training mix provides collaboration with a Criticalist, surgeon, and specialists, with a pathway to an ER clinician role after training and a two-year commitment.

The program emphasizes client and team communication, life-work balance, and a supportive mentorship structure with no ER on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Veterinarians for emergency medicine training program.
• Team-oriented, driven, reflective and reliable candidates.
• US work authorization required; TN status may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Rotate with specialty services during the training program.
• Work with a dedicated mentor on shifts.
• Transition into ER clinician role after training.
• No on-call requirements during the program.
