Atlas is partnering with a well-established, nine-doctor small animal hospital that has been serving Westerville, OH for more than 50 years. The hospital combines general practice, urgent care, and evening emergency services all under the same roof, they’ve created a collaborative environment where veterinarians can manage a diverse caseload while benefiting from the continuity and support of a daytime team.

The evening ER service has been deliberately designed to offer the excitement of emergency medicine while creating a more sustainable lifestyle. Shifts finish in the evening, rather than early morning, and new emergency cases stop being accepted during the final hour of your shift, giving you time to complete patient care and medical records before you head home.

In return for your hard work, you’ll be offered a highly competitive package, with full time earnings up to $220,000 annually. • Evening-only emergency shifts: allowing you to enjoy ER medicine without working through the entire night
• Predictable full-time schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, followed by 2 days on and 5 days off.

• Advanced medical capabilities: In-house IDEXX laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, advanced anesthesia monitoring, surgical suites, and 24/7 access to board-certified radiology interpretation
• Surgical development opportunities: Exposure to procedures including GDVs, pyometras, C-sections, splenectomies, and foreign body surgeries, with experienced veterinarians available for support
• Collaborative nine-doctor hospital: Work alongside experienced veterinarians, RVTs, veterinary assistants, and a dedicated client care team

About You:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
• Hold an Ohio State License or have the ability to obtain one
• Experience in a clinical role
• Enjoys the variety and clinical challenge of emergency and urgent care medicine
• Values teamwork, communication, high-quality medicine, and a sustainable approach to practicing medicine
