The clinic operates within Ethos and offers a ProSal model with base salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 plus production, along with sign-on and retention bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency and critical care to a diverse caseload of companion animals.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical conditions.
• Provide comprehensive emergency care through a balanced mix of receiving new emergency cases, triaging incoming patients, and managing hospitalized patients throughout their course of treatment.
• Perform emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill or injured patients using evidence-based medicine.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

ProSal Model: $180,000 - $220,000 annual base salary plus production

Sign on and retention bonuses available

Full-Time opportunity in West Caldwell, New Jersey

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week

Shift hours are: 8AM-8PM, 12PM-12AM and 8PM-8AM

In your day-to-day, you will:
