This is more than a typical ER role. At ACCESS, you’ll work side‑by‑side with board‑certified specialists across multiple disciplines, including cardiology, surgery, neurology, and internal medicine, allowing for real‑time collaboration, seamless case management, and the ability to practice at a higher level of medicine. Whether you’re stabilizing critical cases or managing complex emergencies, you’ll have the support and expertise around you to elevate outcomes and your own clinical growth.

If you’re energized by fast‑paced emergency medicine but want the added depth of specialty partnership, this is a unique opportunity to do both.

Work Schedule

Compensation: $80,000‒$100,000 base salary

About You

You’ll deliver exceptional, real‑time care when pets and their families need it most. In this fast‑paced environment, you’ll strengthen your triage and critical assessment skills while being supported by a collaborative team that steps in when it matters. Backed by Thrive’s nationwide network, innovative technology, and advanced training, you’ll stay focused on what matters most‒providing outstanding care and improving patient outcomes.

We’ll meet you where you are in your career and actively invest in your growth as both a clinician and a leader. While you’re committed to the success of your patients, we’re equally committed to yours‒supporting you through high‑stakes moments, unexpected emergencies, and the times when compassion makes all the difference. The expertise, dedication, and heart you bring to every patient and family will always be valued and recognized.

Our progressive compensation model is designed to reward your impact, offering a competitive base salary alongside production opportunities‒with no negative accrual.

You’ll provide emergency care for sick and injured patients while also managing hospitalized cases. You’ll assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, and partner closely with technicians to ensure high‑quality execution of care. Your work will include performing surgeries, delivering critical care, and maintaining an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters our emergency department.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL part‑time range starting at $80k‒$100k/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
