About EPCT

EPCT is a 24/7, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital that has provided Emergency and Critical Care services to the community since 2015. Our team is enthusiastic about providing gold-standard level care to pets and ensuring that clients feel confident and informed about the care their pet receives. Emergency Doctors handle incoming cases through triage, manage hospitalized cases, and perform common emergency surgical procedures such as laceration repairs, exploratory laparotomy, GDV, and splenectomy. We have access to a mobile surgeon for more advanced surgeries and orthopedics and collaborate with referring veterinarians. A skilled team of Licensed Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, and Receptionists provides competent support to the DVMs.

Schedule

• 12 shifts per month
• Primarily overnight, but can rotate day shifts
• Shifts are 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am

Responsibilities

• Handle triage of incoming emergencies
• Manage hospitalized cases and provide ongoing treatment
• Perform emergency surgical procedures such as laceration repairs, exploratory laparotomy, GDV, splenectomy, and support advanced surgeries with a mobile surgeon
• Collaborate with referring veterinarians and support a multidisciplinary team

Compensation and Benefits

• Commercial compensation ranging from $150,000-$180,000 base plus production, negotiable based on experience, skills, and credentials
