Emergency Veterinarian (Swing Shift) – Weatherford, TX

I-20 Animal Hospital is currently seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our collaborative team on Swing Shift. We offer an outstanding compensation package, including a base of $130,000 - $200,000 (DOE), 22–23% production (DOE), and total annual earning potential up to $275,000.

Additional incentives include a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a schedule of only 14 shifts per month, providing exceptional work-life balance.

We welcome experienced ER DVMs, GP veterinarians seeking to transition into emergency medicine, and new graduates interested in developing their ER skillset within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. New graduates will also benefit from structured mentorship through NVA’s 12-month Mentorship Program.
