• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Active California veterinary license or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
• Rotating internship completed or minimum 2 years of emergency clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable managing a wide range of emergency and critical cases, including stabilization, diagnostics, treatment planning, and hospitalization.
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical decision-making skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating with specialists.

The Opportunity

Beacon Veterinary Specialists is seeking dedicated part-time and full-time Emergency Veterinarians to join our 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital in Fremont, California. This is an exciting opportunity to practice high-quality emergency medicine in a privately owned hospital where collaboration, autonomy, and patient care come first.

You’ll work alongside board-certified specialists in Critical Care, Surgery, and Internal Medicine, as well as a highly trained support staff. Our strong referral network and relationship with our local general practice partners ensure a diverse and consistent caseload.
