Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as Emergency Veterinary Technician or Assistant preferred.
• Licensure or certification (LVT/RVT/CVT) preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and desire to grow in emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Emergency triage and stabilization of emergency cases.
• ICU monitoring: vitals, pain management, fluids, oxygen support.
• Surgical support: prep, anesthesia assistance, recovery monitoring.
• Diagnostics: radiographs, lab work, result interpretation.
• Medication administration: IV/IM/SQ/PO delivery.
• Client communication: clear, compassionate updates and discharge instructions.
• Workflow coordination: maintain EMR records and prioritize care.
• Team collaboration with ER DVMs and overnight staff.
