BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor with a passion for teamwork and leadership to motivate, engage, and train a diverse group of veterinary professionals. Pay is $26–$40 per hour, starting point based on experience.

You will mentor staff, coach teams to anticipate patient and client needs, organize technician meetings, and expand your advanced clinical skills while contributing to hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Mentor staff by modeling positive work habits and clinical/business knowledge.
• Coach team to anticipate patient/client needs and handle stress effectively.
• Organize tech and assistant meetings with hospital leadership.
• Utilize advanced technical skills to support and mentor technicians.
