Qualifications

• LVT/CVT/RVT or very experienced Veterinary Assistant required.
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of emergency medicine.
• Confident communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ER workflow with the ER manager, including patient flow and staff assignments.
• Mentor and support the technician team and foster collaboration.
• Oversee patient care, triage, stabilization, and emergency procedures.
