Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with ezyVet Practice Management system.
• Experience with Smart Flow whiteboard systems.

Responsibilities

• Create morning transfer/consult reports for technicians.
• Create SOAP notes for hospitalized patients.
• Invoice daily charges for hospitalized patients.
• Dispense medications for discharges.
• Review discharge paperwork with owners for ICU patients.
• Coordinate transfers to specialty departments.
• Invoice charges for specialty consults.
• Call owners with results for bloodwork within normal range.
