Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in automotive warning equipment installation.
• Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving history.
• Five (5) years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Install emergency warning equipment according to prints, drawings and job sheets.
• Conduct basic programming, test functionality, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Inspect vendor-supplied or manufactured parts for flaws and report findings.
• Monitor stock of supplies and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Follow safety rules and use PPE as required.
• Complete paperwork and vehicle documentation as needed.
• Remove/install body panels, wings and upfit equipment as required.
• Review build sheet and verify parts before installation.
• Ensure vehicle is road-ready after installation, removing debris and tools.
• Participate in required training.
