Job summary

MoDOT in Ozark, MO is seeking an Emergency Maintenance Equipment Operator to support snow removal operations in the Ozark Maintenance Facility. You will operate plow vehicles, spread ice control materials, and perform routine maintenance under direct supervision.

Minimum qualifications include being at least 18, holding a CDL Class A or B with no air brake restrictions and interstate status, and passing a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• CDL Class A or B with no air brake restrictions and interstate status (EI or NI).
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicles to plow snow and spread ice control materials or to warn oncoming traffic.
• Cleans and performs routine maintenance on vehicles, equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned.
