Job summary

Merit Health Central in Jackson, MS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will coordinate assessments, plan and implement care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires 0–2 years of acute care experience or clinical rotations, RN licensure, and BCLS certification; ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in-state or compact.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
• 0–2 years clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess patients and document findings accurately.
