Job summary

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking experienced Emergency Department RNs to join a 30-bed ED known for Magnet recognition and exceptional patient care. Positions include part-time, full-time, and per diem with a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a high-paced setting.

You will assess patients, support triage, educate families, and respond to emergencies, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Emergency nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and critical thinking.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced ED.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Advocate for patients while delivering patient-centered care.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and changing patient conditions.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and professional development.

Pay Range

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
