Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is seeking Emergency Department RNs to join a dynamic team. Roles include Part-Time, Full-Time, and Per Diem opportunities in a busy 30-bed ED.

You will perform rapid assessments, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, and advocate for patients in a high-demand environment. The department emphasizes nursing excellence, professional growth, and a strong culture of collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN License.
• Emergency nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to manage complex patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, APs, and multidisciplinary teams.
