The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will join a mission-driven, patient-first healthcare organization with a strong reputation for compassionate care, clinical quality, safety, and community service. Nursing leaders benefit from evidence-based practice resources, interdisciplinary teamwork, clinician-friendly technology, performance analytics, professional education, and opportunities to influence frontline improvements. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Emergency Department Nurse Manager will receive strong administrative and clinical support while maintaining accountability for emergency department operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, patient flow, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, employee engagement, and performance improvement. The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will coach friendly nurses and collaborate with a diverse healthcare professional team that includes emergency physicians, advanced practice providers, technicians, pharmacists, case managers, social workers, educators, and ancillary specialists. This leader will foster a Just Culture, support evidence-based standards, strengthen interdisciplinary communication, and advance an outstanding patient and family experience.
