Trios Health is seeking a Director of Emergency Services to lead a busy ED, drive safety, quality, and patient satisfaction, and manage staffing and budgets. The role calls for strong leadership, strategic vision, and collaboration with physicians, EMS, and care teams to improve throughput.

The position emphasizes developing nursing leaders, maintaining regulatory compliance, and advancing evidence-based practices in a Level III Trauma Center with a large ED operation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; BSN preferred.
• Experience: At least five years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Licensure/Certification: State licensure required; healthcare administration or emergency management certification preferred.
• Skills: Leadership, strategic vision, financial management, operational efficiency, and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a busy Emergency Department.
• Drive safety, quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
