Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field required.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience required, with licensure.
• Licensed in Virginia as LPC or LCSW.
• Background checks including fingerprints, state and FBI reports, drug test.
• Good driving record required (no more than two moving violations in 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical functions in Emergency Services (ES).
• Provide preadmission screening assessments and client care in CITAC custody.
• Supervise staff, consult with team, ensure proper documentation and social cohesion.
• Manage scheduling, chart audits, staff evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Address staff concerns and disciplinary issues when needed.
