Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in public safety disciplines (communications, law enforcement, fire, EMS).
• Experience with PSAP operations in multiple regions is preferred.
• Knowledge of cellular networks and emergency response data systems.
• Understanding of safety systems architecture and dispatch tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Tackle challenging safety problems and develop new safety technologies with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with government agencies, PSAPs, regulators and industry groups to extend feature reach.
• Travel as required to engage stakeholders and field responders.
