Emerus is seeking an ER Technician to provide technical assistance and supportive patient care across assigned areas. You will collect data, assist with exams, and help maintain a safe environment according to care plans.

The role requires current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications and prior ER or CNA experience. Travel to facility locations may be required; Wisconsin market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have valid BLS certification.
• ACLS/ALS certification preferred; required in many markets.
• PALS certification strongly preferred.
• English fluency for written and spoken communication.
• Experience with IV starts, phlebotomy, and initiating EKG.

Responsabilités

• Collect, report, and document clinical data; take vital signs, height and weight, intake/output, pulse oximetry; collect specimens.
• Collect lab samples and perform lab testing per policies and CLIA/COLA.
• Assist with patient activities and care as per plan of care; provide superficial wound care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality; ensure safe environment with proper aseptic technique.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge; travel to facility locations as required.
• Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.

3+ years CNA with hospital experience (Wisconsin)

3+ years as Certified Anesthesia/OR Tech (Wisconsin)
