Responsibilities

• Performs specimen collections, patient transport, and assists with ED procedures.
• Takes vital signs on admission and as directed by RN.
• Assists with turning, lifting, and positioning patients for exams or procedures.
• Assists with patient transport to their areas, including patients with IV fluids/antibiotics.
• Prepares rooms between patients, cleans, restocks, and sets up the area.
• Assists patients with restroom/bedside needs and collection of specimens.
