Job summary

YKHC in Bethel, Alaska seeks a patient-care assistant to support Registered Nurses in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients across a rural region.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: One-year experience in acute Hospital setting or in ambulance.
• License, Certification, Registration: Current BLS certification. ETT or higher certification preferred. ETT Certification to be obtained within 6 months of hired. Basic arrhythmia course (may obtain within 6 months of hire); medical terminology.

Position Summary
