The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant or Emergency Room Technician to provide routine patient care in a hospital setting under RN supervision. The role requires a high school diploma and SC CNA registration, with BLS certification preferred or required.

Desirable characteristics include at least two years of experience in a hospital or medically related environment. Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Currently registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant in South Carolina; must be current in the Nurse Aide Registry or have a Emergency Medical Tech Certification or equivalent. Must have current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
