Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. Night shift available from 7P to 7A with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external candidates. The hospital offers mentorship, education support, and a broad benefits package.

Qualified candidates will deliver competent, compassionate care, educate patients and families, and document care in the medical record per policies. NH RN license and BLS are required.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Specialty certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 9 months of acute registered nursing experience.
• Current NH RN licensure.
• BLS certification required.

• Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.

Job Summary and Qualifications

To deliver care and create a therapeutic environment for patients and families whose needs range from basic to complex by utilizing the nursing process. To carry out functions in a manner consistent with Performance Improvement and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. To demonstrate clinical excellence through proficient practice which enhances and enriches the practice environment. Proficiency is evidenced by adeptness, facility, aptitude, ease and skill in managing complexity and uncertainty.

What qualifications you will need:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

BSN strongly preferred.

Specialty certification strongly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 9 months of acute registered nursing experience.

Licensure/Certification:

Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
