Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency/Free Standing hospital team in Ohio. The RN will coordinate a patient’s plan of care, communicate openly with patients, families and the care team, and continually evaluate outcomes to improve care quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• 2 years of critical care experience (ICU/ED).
• Current CPR, BLS, ALS, PALS and NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and coordinate each patient’s plan of care.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care with the health team.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
