Qualificações

• Must have an Associate Degree in Nursing and RN license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 1 year of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and intervene for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic tasks including IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain confidential charts, document status and outcomes, and use IT to support decisions.
• Advocate for patient health and safety and educate patients and families.
