Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• New graduate or RN without ED or Critical Care experience AND completion of the ED residency program.
• Registered Nurse: WA license.
• BLS - CPR.
• ACLS within 60 days of start.
• PALS within 12 months.
• ENPC within 12 months.
• TNCC within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care and implement patient care plans.
• Assess patient needs (physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral) and document responses.
• Administer medications and monitor effects, in line with hospital policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
