Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial needs and review medical history.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans with patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Document all aspects of patient care in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, medications, and prevention.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control standards.
