Job summary

Seton Medical Center Harker Heights in Texas seeks an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for day shift, full-time. You will deliver direct patient care, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and develop nursing care plans for ED patients.

Candidates must hold Texas RN licensure, maintain BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, NRP, and TNCC; must complete triage education within 90 days; 1+ year ED experience preferred; strong time management and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Texas RN licensure required.
• Must complete triage education within 90 days of hire.
• Active BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC and NRP/TNCC certifications required by start or within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care in the ED.
• Develop a nursing care plan with patient, family, and team.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and staff.
