Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Must have a licensed to practice professional nursing in Kentucky.
• Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions using documentation systems.
• Perform nursing tests and administer medications within RN scope.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self‑care.
