Ozark Health, Inc. in Arkansas is seeking an ED nursing leader to assist the Emergency Department Nurse Manager with daily operations, clinical oversight, and staff supervision.
The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care within a Level IV Trauma Center framework. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, AR RN license, and at least 4 years of ER experience, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CEN certifications preferred.
Responsible for assisting the Emergency Department Nurse Manager in the daily operations, clinical oversight, and management of the Emergency Department. Provides leadership and supervision of nursing staff while promoting safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Assists with operational, personnel, quality improvement, and regulatory activities. Serves as the department leader in the absence of the Nurse Manager and collaborates with physicians, ancillary departments, EMS agencies, and administration to ensure quality patient outcomes consistent with the standards of a Level IV Trauma Center and all applicable Arkansas Department of Health regulations.
