FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to join our emergency department team. The hospital system emphasizes high-quality patient care across multiple locations in central North Carolina. You will provide urgent care, monitor patients, and collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an RN license (NC or compact state) and current ACLS, BCLS, and PALS credentials. ER experience is preferred.
