Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs for Per Diem hospital opportunities. Earn $57.65/hour with flexible scheduling and daily pay.

Choose shifts that fit your availability while joining a local team that supports you with rapid credentialing and responsive staffing coordinators. Responsibilities include triage, patient assessment, administering medications, and coordinating care with physicians in acute-care ER settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care ER setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements
