First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem hospital opportunities in Virginia. You can choose shifts like 3:00 PM-11:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, with daily and weekly pay options and a local support team.

Active RN license with at least 2 years of ER experience, BLS and ACLS are required, plus ability to complete facility credentialing. Competitive per diem pay and flexible scheduling make this a strong local option.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care ER setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergencies and critical-care situations.

ER RN Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Room experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care
