Job Summary

We seek a dynamic Emergency Room RN who is a quick thinker, decision-maker, and multitasker, willing to adapt daily. You will care for patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill, working collaboratively with a supportive team.

What You Will Do

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
• Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
• Manage multiple cases, providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs.
• Provide follow-up care instructions and referrals.
• Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments, maintaining patient focus and safety.

Qualifications Needed

• Florida RN license or approved multistate license; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree.
• ACLS within 90 days, BLS within 30 days, and other certifications as specified, obtained within designated time frames.
