Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Summary

• Assess, triage, and monitor patients experiencing acute medical conditions or trauma


• Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and other treatments as prescribed


• Document patient care, treatment plans, and responses accurately in medical records


• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals


• Respond rapidly to emergency situations, including cardiac arrests, respiratory distress, and other critical incidents


• Assist with diagnostic procedures, wound care, and stabilization of patients


• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and safety protocols


• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during stressful situations
