Baystate Health is seeking registered nurses to join our care teams in the Springfield area. You will independently and safely care for patients within your assigned area, acting as a resource for colleagues and participating in professional governance.

Practice is guided by nursing process & policy / procedure / standards & participation in professional / shared governance; Independently & safely cares for patients common to assigned area or technical / operational services. Acts as a resource for others & may serve in intermittent expanded roles.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment. Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area.

Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
