JobDiva, Inc. seeks an ER RN for a 13-week travel contract at a 528-bed acute care teaching hospital in Rochester, NY. Assignment: adult/geriatric ER with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, 7p–7a, 4x12-hour nights.

Must have NY RN license (single-state), BLS/ACLS/NIHSS/PALS/TNCC. Requires EPIC charting, IV therapy, blood products, ventilator management, and TRIAGE. 75-mile radius local exclusion; alt holidays and call-offs possible per client.

Qualifications

• Active NY Single-State RN license in hand – REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications preferred/required
• Experience in adult and geriatric ER care
• CPR and rapid response skills acceptable for ER setting

Schedule: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00p - 07:00a)

• Shift: 7p–7a

• Contract: 13 weeks

• Weekend: Every other weekend

• Local: No – 75-mile radius

• License: Active NY Single-State RN license in hand – REQUIRED; NY is not Compact

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC*

• Charting: EPIC required

• Ratio: 1:5

• RTO/Block: Must submit requests with profile

• Holiday: Must be available every other holiday, if needed

• Call-Off: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract

• Floating: Required within skillset

• Patient Population: Adults, geriatrics, all emergency diagnoses

• Skills: IV therapy, blood products, central lines, phlebotomy, IV vasopressors, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilator management, cardiac monitoring/dysrhythmias, CVA/stroke, neuro-trauma, SCI, TBI, adult/peds ED, GSW, ortho trauma, triage, isolation

• Equipment: Bair Hugger, rapid infuser, safe patient handling equipment

• Scrubs: Any combination of navy blue & white

• Facility: 528-bed acute care teaching hospital; Magnet-recognized; Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center
