Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Active pharmacist licensure in good standing with state Board of Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
- Process orders and dispense medications per policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support clinical and distributive pharmacy processes and programs to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to education and advance pharmacy performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
