Job summary

METHODIST MANSFIELD MEDICAL CENTER seeks an ER Technician II to perform basic patient care and assist with direct patient care as directed by the physician on duty. You will operate laboratory equipment, assist with patient discharge, and provide education to patients and families in the Emergency Department.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. Texas EMT-P certification (or National EMT-P) is required, along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Texas EMT-P certification (license) or National EMT-P Certification.
• Current Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities
