Job summary

Exceptional Healthcare's New Community Hospital in Farmington, New Mexico is seeking experienced ER Nurses for the Night Shift to provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department. As part of a modern standalone facility with full support services, you will triage, assess and treat emergency patients, administer medications, and educate families while working 12-hour night shifts.

Eligible candidates have 2–5 years ER experience, RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN license.
• 2–5 years ER or similar experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor conditions.
• Communicate with physicians about patient status.
• Administer medications and interpret diagnostic results.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.

Compensation:
