Job summary

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while directing and collaborating with the care team to ensure developmentally appropriate outcomes for patients. Texas RN licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and supervise other team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver developmentally appropriate care.
• Be accountable for performance and maintain standards of care in a busy hospital setting.
