Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

The role requires an RN license and a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of ED experience are preferred. You will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, ensure safety, and participate in quality and regulatory activities.

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in an emergency department setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, ensures patient safety, participates in quality and regulatory activities, develops and documents care plans, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and barriers.
• Qualifications & Skills: Requires an RN license and a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience; experience in emergency or acute care is preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
